I. Production Line Scale and Capacity: Large-Scale Layout for Efficient Supply

Relying on two self-owned production bases (22,000㎡ and 12,000㎡), we have built 4 specialized film production lines, focusing on the manufacturing of core products such as TPU paint protection films and PET films. Among them, the monthly capacity of TPU films reaches 3 million square meters, and that of PET films is 5 million square meters. We can achieve "7*24-hour non-stop production". With large-scale capacity reserves, we can not only undertake large-batch orders but also quickly respond to small-batch customization needs, effectively shortening the order delivery cycle and ensuring stable supply for customers in more than 65 countries and regions worldwide.

II. Production Line Process: Full-Link Standardization Covering Core Production Stages

The production line follows the full-link standardized operation of "Raw Materials - Processing - Coating - Cutting - Inspection - Finished Products":

  1. Raw Material Pretreatment: Top-tier TPU raw materials, in cooperation with Lubrizol and BASF, are used. Professional equipment is applied for particle melting and shaping to ensure the purity of raw materials and the stability of their initial form;
  2. Film Formation and Coating: Automated film production equipment is used to complete the extrusion molding of base films, and functional coating treatment (such as scratch-resistant and anti-ultraviolet coatings) is carried out simultaneously to enhance product performance;
  3. Precision Cutting and Inspection: Professional employees, wearing clean suits, operate cutting equipment to precisely cut according to customer requirements. At the same time, quality control inspection is equipped in each link. With the technical support of the R&D laboratory, it is ensured that indicators such as product thickness and flatness meet the standards;
  4. Temporary Storage and Circulation of Finished Products: Qualified finished products are transferred to the standardized roll material warehouse area. Through the connection of the logistics team, seamless circulation from the production line to the warehouse and then to distribution is realized.
III. Technical Support and Quality Control: High-Standard Configuration to Consolidate the Quality Defense Line

The production line is equipped with a thousand-grade clean workshop, which effectively avoids impurity pollution during the production process and ensures the surface cleanliness and quality consistency of the films; meanwhile, the production line equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated. In combination with international certification standards such as ISO and IATF16949, a full-link quality control system from raw material inbound to finished product outbound is established. Each batch of products must pass multiple inspections such as appearance and performance, ensuring that the produced automotive film products meet the compliance requirements of the global market and consolidating the technical defense line for product quality.

    • PPF Customization: Confirm core parameters with customers, including base material thickness (5-12mil), coating type (scratch-resistant hydrophobic coating/anti-yellowing coating), and warranty period (3-10 years). For example, customizing 8mil thick anti-scratch PPF for luxury car customers, or developing low-haze, high-transparency PPF for new energy vehicle manufacturers;
    • Color PPF Customization: Offer customization of color systems (matte/glossy/metallic/gradient) and textures (matte/carbon fiber pattern), and support color card matching provided by customers. Such as customizing limited-edition aurora gradient Color PPF for modification brands, or replicating classic car paint colors in glossy Color PPF;
    • Window Tint Film Customization: Customize high-heat-insulation explosion-proof window tint film (suitable for tropical markets) or low-reflection privacy window tint film (suitable for commercial vehicles) based on heat insulation rate (50%-90%), light transmittance (15%-70%, compliant with national regulations), and privacy needs. Meanwhile, support the selection of base materials such as dyed film, metal film, and ceramic film.
  2. Solution Output: Technology Implementation and Sample Verification

    Backed by over 50 patents, the R&D team quickly delivers solutions for different products: for instance, PPF adopts Lubrizol TPU base material + nano scratch-resistant coating formula; Color PPF achieves color fastness standards through multi-layer dyeing process; window tint film optimizes ceramic particle distribution to enhance heat insulation performance. Simultaneously, 1-2㎡ samples are provided for testing—customers can verify PPF’s tensile strength, Color PPF’s weather resistance, and window tint film’s heat insulation effect until the solution is confirmed.

  3. Large-Scale Production: Stable and Controllable Product Quality

    4 specialized production lines are allocated for specific products: PPF production lines focus on base material extrusion and coating precision control; Color PPF production lines add color calibration links; window tint film production lines strengthen heat insulation layer lamination processes. The entire process complies with ISO/IATF16949 standards—for example, random inspection of anti-yellowing performance for each PPF roll, batch testing of color difference value (ΔE≤1) for Color PPF, and roll-by-roll heat insulation rate testing for window tint film—ensuring consistency between mass-produced products and samples.

  4. Branded Delivery: Customized Packaging and Labeling

    Customized product packaging is supported: customer brand logos and warranty information are printed on PPF rolls; exclusive color cards and installation manuals are provided with Color PPF; window tint film is packaged in customer-customized cartons (marked with heat insulation parameters and certification logos). The logistics team delivers products accurately to customers’ warehouses or installation sites.

For example, if a customer urgently needs 200㎡ of matte black Color PPF for auto show vehicle modification, we can quickly produce and deliver it using existing base materials.

    Even for small-batch orders, the full-process inspection is implemented: PPF undergoes puncture resistance testing; Color PPF undergoes UV aging testing (simulating 3 years of outdoor exposure); window tint film undergoes explosion-proof testing (withstanding 5kg steel ball impact). The factory has established a professional R&D team, focusing on breakthroughs in core technologies of automotive films. With nano-functional materials and TPU film processes as its R&D priorities, the team launches one innovative product every 3-6 months.

The team has accumulated more than 50 patents and 85 intellectual property rights, and built an independent R&D laboratory. It provides technical support for the performance upgrading of PPF, Color PPF and window tint films (such as scratch resistance, anti-yellowing and high heat insulation) as well as OEM/ODM customization. Meanwhile, it ensures that products comply with international standards such as ISO and IATF16949, solidifying the core competitiveness of the products.
